1- they ENTERED my apartment several times WITHOUT even notifying me!
when i talked to the man about it. he was SO RUDE and said they dont have time to notify me!

2- they called me and asked me IF I CAN MOVE EARLIER than my rent contract date so the new tenant can move early. I had to talk to new house owner to arrange to move 2 weeks earlier and called them back to tell them of my new arrangements. At the end, they DENIED asking me to move out and said "we didnt force you to move out'' and CHARGED me for the whole month!

be very careful when you want to rent from them!

If I could give them a zero I would. Shady operation.

DO NOT RENT from Four Horizons. Four Horizons wrongly retained my security deposit trying to impress a client they hoped to retain. I left school to tend to my family. Moving to a new place on a student's budget to start anew is hard enough without having money deceitfully snatched from your hands.
