Pretty much everyone I've dealt w/ at the actual sites has been great. Wish I could say the same for my service, which is horrific. Missed mail (first class, packages, magazines, utility bills) no notices of packages, packages delivered on top of the mailbox, notices of packages in my mailbox when I am home - guess he's too lazy to knock on my door. Mgmt actually yelled at me when I complained. (I really don't appreciate my taxes going for this!) The last time I went to pick up a pkg, there was a lady crying, literally crying b/c she had the same problems w/ her business, wasn't getting bills, wasn't getting checks. I suppose it's too much to hope they would actually care, try to address. She said she'd complained repeatedly, too. Why can't these people be fired? It's a federal offense to destroy mail!
