I have been going to Classy Place for years , now it has new owners --Bad,Bad,BadI brought my dog home he was disoriented and didn't want me to pet him I found out the girlThat groomed him had abused him.

I loved it. New staff and very good work. Zoe loves her groomers

I'm sad to see this. I'm xavier, the new owner of A classy place.I don't know what happened with Lisa, but I've never increased the prices.Maybe she wanted to win more money in my back.Now, sometimes, we have no choice. When the dog is filled of knots in the hair , we have to shave it. It's to avoid a too long stress to the dog if we try to trim him.The white powder is a powder to avoid or to cure an infection in the ears.For us, your pet is like our baby...I'm aware that I cannot satisfy to 100% all the customers, especially those who are sad of the depart of our old groomer and who want to charge me for that.

my wife had me take our dog into this shop all I wanted was a simple hair cut on my shitzu, I explained to the groomer that I wanted to keep some hair on her because of it being winter. when they clled me to pick up my dog to my surprise it was completely shaved down to the skin. there was no hair left on her at all. she looked as if she was not even bathed, her eyes and face were still dirty, there was white powder in her ears. she even still had some of those grass looking things stuck on her paws and stomach. I am very angry. I paid 45 dollars for a crappy job. I think I would have been able to do it better myself.

I have been going to this salon for many years. I recently took my dog in and to my surprise her old groomers were gone. there was another new groomer who begged me to give her a chance. so I did. upon picking up my baby she smelt, her ears were still dirty the nails not even cut. when I asked to speak with the "new owner" I was told he can not help because he does not speak English. please stay away from this salon. I will be looking for a new place. I don't expect this shop to last that long

I have been going to Classy Place for years but now that they have new Owners it is a 360 and horrible experience with Lisa who calls me after my dogs were dropped off to say we have new Owners and a new price! Don't you think that that should have been done before? Now I took my Son's Yorkie to have a Teddy Bear trim and she looks horrible. I know Ericka did not trim Lucy. I am very, very upset and will not go back ever.

Have been going to A Classy Place for over 20 years to have all my dogs groomed there. Would not keep going there if they were not the best! They treat all the animals with love and affection. This is the place to go if you want your animals treated like royalty.

I took my puppy here and OMG, it was the best job I have ever seen done on my dog, She looked beautiful! And was so happy. And the whole staff was so nice and they seemed to really, really care about my girl. I would never take my girl anywhere else. Every time I pick her up from there it is a #1 job they do... You can see everything that is going on with your pet. all hands on everything! Its just a great place and I am so lucky to have found such great & loving people!!! ########111111111111111111#############11111111111

I take my Yellow Lab to "A Classy Place " and still do to this very day. She comes out clean, happy and smells good for weeks even if it rains. When I tell her she is going to see the groomers well, she gets so excited that when we turn into the parking lot she goes wild. She drags me into the salon to say hello and she gets 3 bath's, nails clipped and filed, anal sacs, blow dry by hand and a conditioner on her coat to make her shine like the beautiful girl she knows she is. Her ears are clean and we never have any problems with our groomings or the staff. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby. Afterall, her senses are much better than a humans. They are great groomers with big hearts.

The Best Grooming salon I've ever been too. All hands on and very nice and calm with my precious little puppy.

The groomer badly cut my dogs (A Shih-Tzu) throat, they denied it happened. They said she came in that way. The vet shaved her neck to the skin and put in 10 small stitches. My bill was $82.00, when I brought the bill back to A Classy Place, they said "oh yeah, it says here (on her notes)she got nipped by accident. They refused to pay me, insted they gave me a credit to get her hair cut. I went back once, when Abby was done, she looked butchered. I never went back, and I tell everybody to stay away.
