I visited this shop around 10 times. Out of those 10 times they cheated me in 3 occasions. First time with a had-truck, the second time with a misplaced plug.

My last visit was recently in which I needed a patch for a tire. After 2 hours of wait and seen people coming after me, being attend first, since they tend to play favoritism from where I noticed. I decided to leave out frustration. I left the place for 25 minutes to allow then to finish their work. I took the "finished tire" home, mounted on my truck and it deflated at the same speed it was first taken. I took the tire the next day, the same guy that supposedly worked on it gave me excuses that the patch wouldn't work. I said: That's OK, but I want to see the patch that was mounted on the tire and I will leave happy. The tire tech. was avoiding it until a co-worker of his told him. " Go ahead, show him the patch." He reluctantly did so. At that moment the owner appeared at the shop. To greet customers. The "tire tech." exclaimed: I have put three patches on this tire the other day. He was making sure the owner knew about. I "the customer" indicated, that is the same tire, and ran the scenario from the previous visit. At that point I felt accuse of running a tire scam and told him. So do you think I have brought a different tire? Showed him the receipt of the supposedly patch been done. The owner heard the incident and told the worker. Put the patch on that tire and let's start the day right. The owner did not take any body's place on this matter.

My advice to you readers is: Please check their work. Make sure they do it in front you and right to avoid the hassle I went through. One thing I know, Action Tire will never see my self buying/paying for their services in my life time.

I being Shooping at this place since I was 16 and had my first car now am about to be 25 and until this day I go there for my tires and alignment service... Great Sincire Service And The Have Make Them Self Feel LIKE A FAMILY... Thank You Guys For Your Years Of Service To Me, My Family And Friends

Went into action tire, greeted by Chris, had 4 tires stretched mounted and balanced for $50 which beat anyone else price around town by long shot, I gave them the tires and was out of there In 25 mins, plus they have $20 alignments! Can't beat that! Will deff be back for all my tires/service needs!

i do not like their service. lack of respect for customers. they dont look at you in your eyes when you speak to them and they over charged me on a simple job. i was quoted on another job almost $800 for a job that cost me, elsewhere, a total of $500. I felt like i was close to be ripped off.
