I am a physician who used A J Medical to start, manage, credential, and bill for my business. Each aspect of the experience was deeply problematic. The hardest part about starting a practice was dealing with them, and they caused more problems than they solved. Because of them I lost tens of thousands of dollars due to poor management, poor billing and inability to credential in a timely manner. I even broke my contract early and paid the $3,000 penalty because without doing so my business wouldn't have been able to survive. Frankly, I feel scammed. When I complained they said in their own words, verbatim: "don't expect us to go above and beyond" - though they did not even meet basic expectations when I worked with them.
