Provided by YP.comThey were prompt arriving, and answered the phone when called, but that's about all the positives i can say about the customer experience of getting septic system / filter cleaned out.
They pulled the ol' bait and switch, quoting one $price on the phone, but when time to sign they jacked up the price. They damage your sod more than expected compared to others that have worked on site.
They are licensed and bonded which attracted me to them. That was another bait and switch, because when i requested there insurance information after watching them damaging my underground landscape wiring system, they flat out refused to provide it and then speaking to the office their son even does a countdown as he hangs the phone up on you. That's when one sees a clear picture of this Mom and Pop company.
Untrustworthy, I'd heavily advise to go elsewhere.
