My family and I always travel every summer to Kissimmee, Fl by plane. Last June-July we travelled for the first time to Florida by Amtrak. I chose this station because of the close proximity to our time share. This is one of the older Amtrak stations. It was immaculate and well maintained, there was a fully airconditioned waiting room and a vending machine. On our trip home, our bags were checked in a timely manner. Also I love the surrounding area which housed supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and other beautiful buildings. I would have rated this station higher if I had experienced other stations and would then have been able to make that comparison.
