I have shopped at this location a handful of times. Every time I have been, I have been greeted by an unfriendly woman sitting at a desk behind the counter. The first time I thought, maybe she's having a bad day. Every time after that instance has been the same thing. She never gets up from her desk to ask what you need, and when you tell her what your business is there, she acts as if she is too busy to help, or something and really makes you feel like taking your business somewhere else! The gentleman that seems to be the mechanic in the business isn't much better. He sits by and let's her do the talking. Then when he finds out what you need, he just gets it's and rings you up without a word. On top of it all, the part they sold me wasn't even what I needed. (I took the part I needed in with me so there was NO confusion). With their bad customer service, I don't know how they stay in business!



I will never do business there again! There is a Tractor Supply Co. just a little further down the road.

Been bringing my mower for service anually for years and I'd say service never improved not to mention the atmosphere when you go in where the people dont seem to be accommodating at all. Poker faces I might say.Worse is they dont call you when your machine is ready although they ask you for a callback number.On their website they say they deliver with a smile...forget it because it is just the opposite!I will definitely explore other places for service.

I went to Central Florida Power Equipment to get some parts for an older machine. I did not know much about the machine and was looking for some advice and I expected to be greeted and treated at least respectfully. I got exactlly the opposite. The parts manager Carl acted as though I offended him as soon as I walked in the door. He was very short with me and not friendly at all. In fact the service was so bad that I reffered to a different dealer that is nearly two hours from where I live becasue I refuse to go back and give Carl my buisness even though he is only 3 miles from my home. I would not recommend Central Florida Power Equipment to anyone, and from what I understand others have had the same treatment.
