NOT A RESORT! Upon arriving the headaches began. First we couldn't get keys properly made for the room doors. After 6 tries & 3 r/t to the front desk we get ino our room. 1st impression: Yuck! Hard, old, ugly tile floors with 2 small full size beds (not queens or kings, but full!), dim lights, smell of mold, and overall disappointments.The staff is the 1 star. They were very accommodating, and they did try their best to rectify the situation. So we "upgraded" & went to another room. This time it was the same, but with a couch & a dead cockroach in the middle of the room.It gets better... Each night of sleep was difficult at best. The beds are hard & we were never rested up to do Disney 100%. And as for the free Internet ... Only in the lobby, laundry room near the lobby, and spots around the main building. No working wi-fi in the rooms!!!The icing on the cake is that we were charged a resort fee. I asked what the fee was for and told that it was because it was a resort. O.K. But what does the fee pay for? To use the swimming pools? The staff lady says, "No, it's because we are a resort and you stayed at a resort." I wanted to say, "No! This is not a resort. This is a fancy motel charading as a resort." Do not stay here unless you like the smell of mold, critters in your room, and hard beds. Oh yeah ... And left over pubic hairs on the bathroom floors from previous guests. This is all true.

Do not ever go there the service is horrible the rooms they say are so deluxe arent its just an extra sink and a pullout couch. There is this blonde bar tender who was working for my families wedding and can u believe she was talking nonsense about my family the next day with us sitting right there. While we went to eat breakfast another short latina woman with short black hair was down talking my family. The promised a tiki bar nothing, they promised us a different set of rooms nothing. It is honestly a ghetto motel not a resort the pool by my room was filthy. half our groups bathrooms wherent working. I mean come on.......... We bring you money and you put us down shame on you........ no stars for them....... Still and alll my family made the best of it the bride was great so was the groom and the reunion was awesome. But word of warning You get what youpay for.

We took a mini getaway weekend and booked Champions World Resort from their website. Great value, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast in the morning is good. We will recomend this hotel to our friends.

room was clean and comfortable love that they have free shuttle to the park save me fromdriving. the employees were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was good and i was able to eatbefore i went to the park. when i arrived the lounge was open so i was able to snack before going to bed. i will return the rate is economical and you have alot of amenities for the price.

I stay for 3 nights in this hotel and my room was great, very spacious and I had a mini refrigerator wich was perfect for our drinks! I ask how much was the internet and for my suprise it was FREE! you dont see that often. We made a mistake the first day and we took our car to the parks but my advice is leave the car at the hotel parking is free and take the free shuttle you will save $15 for the parking at the parks! WE got back late at night and went to their bar and John the bartender sugested the Hot Wings , they were really good! And service was excellent. Rates are pretty good and the rooms are very clean, see for yourself!
