We have lived in Kissimmee for many years and had heard about this extablishment before. Too bad we hadn't brought our pups there before! We would have saved ourselves- and our doggies- a lot of grief. When we first drove up it didn't look like much, but when you got inside the first thing you notice is how clean and neat everything is. It smells more like a ladie's beauty salon than a Pet salon. We were greeted by one of the owners who listened to our concerns and put us at ease. You have no idea how many dogs went in and out while we were there. The owners managed everyone with courtesy. Our dogs turned out great and it cost LESS than some of these fancier-looking places! Margaret, the owner is also a groomer and was so patient and kind. I am sold, a fan and client for life!
