Jose had no clue what he was doing, through his actions or lack thete of he proved he did NOT care. He was never available, never returns calls, not sure why he is still employed. Save your money, represent yourself.

Went to them for help about a civil matter and was stuck with an attorney, who I will not name. To date I have spent over $4000 , with no results I might add. He was so negligent in the handling of my case that he didn't notify me of my first court hearing until an hour and a half before I was due in court, even though he had known about it for several months. Makes me wonder how much time he devoted to my case when he forgot to mention a court hearing to me , at one of his "necessary meetings."When I brought to their attention his practice of excessive charging for unnecessary 10 minute office visits, He sent me a letter stating he was filing to drop my case even though he had already been paid for upcoming hearing and in the letter insists I call his office to arrange a meeting....just what I need to do is give him more money for another "meeting." In the event of necessary meetings I can understand, but my last meeting with him consisted of one question, the meeting lasted 10 minutes and I was charged $125. Could have easily sent me an email, a text or even called for the answer to one question. Doesn't answer emails ( I have sent him 5 in the last week, all unanswered), yet he will insist on a needless office visit. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND RUN FROM THIS FIRM.
