I like 20 mins away from dry clean America poinciana I walkked into the establishment while I was in the area and was greeted by Liz and was immediately asked did I have a mask with a Vague attitude and was demand to step back and wait by the door I had no problem doing so she checked my ticked my items haven’t made it in yet stated to me with a awful and rude attitude “if you would have looked at your ticket you would have seen that the ticket said 17:00 pickup time but we tell people to come as early as 15:30” after this experience I will not be returning to this location for services anymore

I'm done with this cleaners. They play too many games with pricing. There's a mean Mosquito and A nice one that works there. It's not worth the stress.

Went in with pants to be hemmed and tapered. Woman asked me to put on pants than just looked at them on me, no pins, no measurements. When I picked up the pants up they weren't pressed and when I put them on at home it looked as though nothing was done. Buyer beware!

Buyer beware: I just went to dry clean America located in Poinciana by Publix. I had to pick up two dresses I dropped off a few days ago. When I was looking at the dresses what I had specifically asked for wasn't done. I needed one of the dresses for tomorrow so I could not wait for them to resend the one out and do what they were supposed to do in the first place. I asked if I left the one and came back if I could pay in full the almost 60 for services that at that point had not been done. The very rude woman said that I had to pay for the dress I was taking or I couldn't take it.



WHAT?!? She admitted that they didn't do what they were supposed to do! Why would I have to pay them? Needless to say with police involvement and no reasoning to be had I paid and took all my dresses because it was very evident I wasn't going to get the services I needed there! Beware do not use them!



They also took my very expensive hangers and dress bags and didn't know what happened to them!

Worst Cleaners in Town Stay Away......EDIT MY REVIEW » Had 3 pair of pants tapered and hemed.They were hemed very poorly,stitching was uneven and was not pressed after alteration was completed.I was given my items with no plastic covering,and had to ask for my items to be covered.It was costly for the job preformed. I will never go back to this cleaners ever again.I'm so disappointed,surprised that it's still in business.
