While visiting Kissimmee in November /28/09 at store 807US.192. Walked in around about 9:15 AM saturday morning . Waited others were before us . My wife and grandmother ordered . I was next, Hector the mgr in charge spoke out to his employees and said "ok guys we have a line 'so anothergirl showed up at the register on the right and began taking my order: a flatbread sandwich, grilled cheese and an iced coffee. The cashier did not give me my receipt. I only recieved the iced coffee.Then was told to wait by the orangejuice coolerdoors. Other customers were in line after me. Then my wife and grandmother sat down at the table and ate their breakfast, while I was still waiting for my order. The manager, Hector, was very rude, kept asking for my receipt, I explained that i did not get a receipt, and he told me he could not give me the order I had just placed at the counter!! The cashier then verified my order and confirmed that I had paid, but still the manager was giving me a hard time and was very insulting to me, told me that I should return to the country I came from, after rolling his eyes, and giving me a negative attitude. I felt very dissatisfied and will not return to Dunkin Donuts ever again, because that was the impression that was left for me and my family.
