My family and I went to Dunkin Donuts in Kissimmee, Florida on July 20, 2019, in the morning at about 11 am. The cashier a young woman disrespected me in front of my family and everyone else in the public area. She discriminated against me because I'm deaf. I wrote to her on a piece of paper which she read and refused to communicate with me with a bad attitude. I wrote to her again in two different pieces of papers after the third note and time writing to her, she read it and then proceeded to wrinkled up the papers in her hand and threw them in the trash. I'm very upset about this. I decided to video record her because she refused to take my order. She was standing there and staring at me as the long line form behind me. Needless to say that I didn't get my order.
