There are no words to express the gratitude of my entire family the the staff of Florida Hospital Kissimmee during his two week stay. They were professional, kind, clean and all around awesome!!!

My mom is in the hospital and the nurse moved from one patient to another without washing their hands. The nurse fussed with her about not washing her hands. My mom told her please don't touch me if you didn't wash your hands and you just finished with my roommate. The hospital needs to make sure that the staff washes their hands after finishing one patient from another. Because it is written in the policy book. Please follow it....

I hope no one needs the services of this half star facility. They could of listed it in large magnified print like HAVE AN EMPTY STOMACH. DON'T EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING AFTER MIDNIGHT 12;00 PM. And it could of been put on several pieces of paper. I would just as soon starve to death rather than apply for a job at this hospital.
