This Realty place is no good. They do not care about their tenants all they care about is money. I was living at 2260 Cascades Boulevard apartment 105 This place is terrible I had a very bad experience here. I was only at this place for one year but had trouble with the air conditioning the refrigerator, leaks from upstairs tenants air conditioning system flooding up the ceiling making a whole on my ceiling and leaking water on the floor. The upstairs people jumping so loud you can hear every sound. It's also infested with cockroaches the air conditioning system is from 1986 it caught fire when I was there do you think they replaced it NO. They haven't returned my deposit of $850 after I cleaned everything nicely the way it was. I spot painted where there were marks on the wall and patched any minor holes on the wall but because they Claimed that I need to paint the whole apartment they're telling me that Im not getting back my money. My deposit of $850 i'm sick and tired of dealing with thieves. These people are thieves. Don't trust them!!!
