Travel agent rented home through this company home had mold in main bathroom and was very unclean. Company would not deal with the situation. Home also had no hot water for 2 days and stove didn't work and spit out sparks when turned on...had to pull out burner. Stove was fixed with 3 days left in our trip. This ways supposed to be a "Gold Home", apparently their standards for Gold are very low. Beware if you rent from this company as they rip you off and offer no customer service once they have your money.
