If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The dentist here seems to be thoughtful and professional; the staff on the other hand are NOT. I brought my husband here to get some work done; the projected cost was over $1100, so we went through the VA to get atleast a second opinion. The VA also cleaned my husband's teeth, and when we returned to Fortune Dental to get the fillings done, they seemed PISSED that we had gone somewhere else and wanted PROOF that he had gotten his teeth cleaned (I'm guessing they make a lot of money off of that) and were downright mean to my husband. I should also mention my husband has stage 4 brain cancer, so he's put on some weight with all of the medications he's taking FIGHTING FOR HIS LIFE; the receptionist (an older lady) just treated him like CRAP-she was nice to me, as long as she didn't know I was with him, but once she realized we were together, she was downright rude to me as well. (My husband is missing most of his right hemisphere and at this point, is like a mentally handicapped person). Not only were they completely oblivious to the fact that he had special needs, they DIDN'T CARE once they knew!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like I said, the dentist was nice, but the staff NEEDS TO GO. I can't believe we still have people here in America that treat people worse than dogs just because they're a little different!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend the people that work here, do a great job! Courteous, patient and gentle. I'm terrified of going to the dentist. rr444col

The staff is excellent and the doctor is very good, i recommend it to everyone!!!

Everytime I try to schedule an appointment with this clinic, it takes several calls to reach them and I never receive a call back. Recently I called 4 days in a row 2-3x a day to make an emergency appt as I was having toothpain and had no success. I left several message with no return calls. I finally decided to change clinics as they are not available for pateint's needs.
