Honest people, who work hard to keep costumers satisfied, BUT we all know you can make everyone happy. They would NOT touch your car unless you authorize them, and wont start work until you know exactly what the diagnosis is and what your price is, and that to me is Excellent Service. That some morons on here will give a bad review, is appalling, you signed to have your work DONE and paid and the wrote a bad review, WHY, you had options take the diagnostic fee and walk away.

OPTIONS you where given. Johnny is Master Mechanic with many degrees, as I said Before you have options, NOT all Mechanics Are created Equal.

Johnny Specializes in Quality vehicle BMW, Mercedes, Jaguars, A true Professional to me IS worth every penny plus can not compared to the dealer fees. The SERVICE IS EXCELLENT and NO work is begun unless You the customer Authorize it.

Beware!! Be smart and get informed. Don't let good reviews bring you in. Visit other websites and read reviews. You'll notice a pattern. These people fabricate their own reviews. They are scammers. I've tracked down several customers and they all have the same complaint: My car came out worse and with more problems than before. When I returned to the shop, they denied any wrong doing, didn't bother to look at the car and aggressively I was told to leave. I spoke to neighboring businesses and they confirmed that this happens at least twice a week. They can hear customers getting yelled at by this Mary Lou character and denied service. Don't expect warranties to be honored here. They are "experts" that know everything and after you pay; your car is your problem. If you have been conned by this shop; I suggest you fight back. As consumers we have rights protected by law and the State of Florida. Complaint to consumer agency, take them to small claims court, call the news!!

My name is Ken I'm from Chicago, IL, my wife (Charmaine) and I were on vacation on Friday August 16, 2013 my 528I BMW had problems. The battery light came on, temperature gauge went to hot and I lost power steering. I contacted Gerry's shop on Saturday August 17, 2013 and one of the technicians told me to bring the car in. The shop manager Mary Lou was the most customer focused people I have ever met. Jonny the shop owner personally worked on my car. He explained what the problem was and immediately began to repair my car. The service was done in the minimal amount of time and at a reasonable cost. Jonny also noticed while working on my car the rear tires were not safe. He pointed out the flaws on the tires. Jonny called around to find me some reasonable new tires. The tires were installed and I was on my way. Jonny and Mary Lou are great. I was afraid of getting a bill that would break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised reasonable cost, outstanding service, fixed right. Great Job

i.e., A local favorite, or highly Marilyn and David 17 days ago − Many thanks to Johnny and Mary Lou for looking after us on short notice. We are visiting from Ottawa, Canada and had problems with our X-Type Jag. They made us their top priority on a Saturday morning, Mary Lou was a gracious host in the office and Johnny got the Jag purring very nicely. Very reasonable cost. We were on our way by lunch time. Looking forward to an enjoyable drive when we head home. We highly recommend this small, family-owned business. Thanks again. because
