They have no patience for the client and they want you to accept unreasonable fees. Some not all of the cars break down even before leaving their parking lot. Happened with me as well as another client while i was complaining.

They legally try to steal your money and then they tell you is right. They have associates that are badly informed and he will send you right back to them washing his hands with the situation.
