The worst dental center ever. Don't even try guys and on top of that they have the worst costumer service

It's a waste of "TIME"

Every appointment requires a lot of waiting. Greenburg overbooks their offices and you just become another number. Get ready to develop your patience and expand your tolerance for Longanimity.

Called the south Kissimmee office to make an appointment for the ortho he was only in the office about 4 days out of the month. Found another place that was a lot more flexible and called back greenberg to cancel the appointment. was placed on hold for 15 minutes! when I called back she answered how can she help me?! Why the heck I was on hold on another line for 15 minutes if she obviously wasn't doing anything on another line. Seriously the worse customer service I have experience in a very long time. Glad I found another office.

If I could give minus stars I would. Every last person on the administrative staff needs to be FIRED! Call in to make an appointment?! Good luck. Then after they finally schedule you they call back to reschedule. I've lived in 3 states and this BY FAR thee worse dental office I've ever experienced. Unfortunately and fortunately I can't get another cleaning for 6 months but you better believe my X-rays and any other info they may have will be TRANSFERRED to an English speaking, well organized dental office that will jot schedule you for a 1 appointment and have you waiting for 2 hours before you're seen. It's not just this Greenberg it's all of them from what I hear. The insurance companies should drop these bums! Dentist included.
