I have been going to Joseys Fashion to have alterations on my garments done for the past two years. They have even worked on my wedding dress. I always had a positve experiance with them and reccomended them to friends until recently. I had an item that was not hemmed correctly by one of her seamstress and I wanted to speak to Josey herself becuase this was the second time this happend. I explained to Josey my situation and gently suggested that she should hire an assistant for the seamstress becuase I have observed on prior occasions that she was heavliy bogged down with way to much by herself and the quality of her work may be going down becuase of this. Josey began to yell at me that I dont need to tell her how to run her business and that she does not owe me any type of explanation. She said that she does not need my business becuase she has plenty of other clients and that I can do whatever the hell I want. I asked to please not yell at me for I was not yelling her and that she atleast owes me an apolgy for wasting my time, energy and 60 dollars of my money in her shop. Josey responed by carelessly stating that perhaps I was lying and that maybe I have one leg shorter than the other and thats why the pants did not look ok. This is absurd. She then hung up the phone on me twice!! I was always under the impression that business owners were the first to know the true meaning of customer service. Sadly, Josey will never understand that. If you would like your garments ruined, to be disrespected and abused than Joseys Fashion of Kissimmee Fl is the place for you!!!!

I took my suit to get tailored there and they promised to call me back with a quote. They never did! When I went the next day to find out the price, they had already finished the work. I was upset that I had to pay a ridiculous price. Do yourself a favor and go to another tailor.
