DISGUSTING!!!! Worst possible hotel in Kissimmee. When I stood there there were flees, roaches,bugs there was no laundry room, no internet connection, no phones in the rooms, carpets were stained , pillows looked like they picked them out the trash, floors were broken, the tv remote didn't work, constant cable problems, broken tub and toilet, broken lamps, barely any staff/maintenance and the outlets in the rooms were broken I got shocked by one myself. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

this hotel is so horrible they don't send the maids around you can even get toilet paper at the front desk. I'd rather sleep in a homeless shelter than this hotel
