Worse experience ever!! I asked for Junito to do my hair since he was recommended to me and I showed him the looked I wanted and he agreed to it. Once there,he got another guy to do my hair. He did not clean my hair right, did not explained what they were doing to my hair. Pulled my hair so hard in many occasions I wanted to cry and ended up with the biggest headache. Lastly the color was nothing close to what I was looking for and on top of everything I told him from the beginning I wanted a haircut too and he told his assistant to blow dry my hair first and than he'll cut it after. NEVER in my entire life have I ever been so disappointed. I express my frustration to Junito and he was very unprofessional and started to make lies saying he never promised anything.
