The reviews are dead on. This hell-hole is run by morons. They are constantly "out of towels," and it takes 3 days just to get ONE towel brought to your villa. The staff look and sound like crack addicts just learning to speak English, and have absolutely zero manners or etiquette. The manager was playing a game on her cell phone and refused to even listen to our complaint. We arrived at 4pm, which is the check in time, and our villa wasn't ready until just after 7pm. Don't waste a single dime on this dump!
