We have hired them 3 times to do our embroidery on our company shirts but this last time was a fiasco ... We wanted to drop off 12/18/14 but they informed me that they would be closed for 3 weeks so we waited until after the holidays to drop off shirts so we could get them back in 7 to 10 days "which I think is too long of a turn around since they do all work onsite" When I picked up last time they had Raised there rates 75% on the names and Failed to inform us of the rate increase until I got the bill ...We called and tried to work it out but to no avail ,So in other words They're Fired ... They will no longer work for my company or any other company that we are associated with ...

If you do Hire them for anything Big or Small make sure you get the Total Cost in Writing ...

I have been using Perfect Stitch for about 14 years and I would have to say In the beginning they were great. Now not so much, I have had things done twice in the last six months and on both time they messed up the items. Not to mention they don't even knowledge it was there fault. Customer Service sticks as well as the service now. I will be looking for some place else to go. Especially we they raise there voice at you, because they were wrong. I wouldn't even give tem a star if the site would allow me. very disappointed ......
