Great! I'm from jersey I vacation in Orlando yearly. They open @5:30am. Good workouts and I'm treated with respect been going there for several years

I like it because they speak spanish and I lost 14 pounds already :o)

Power Fitness - a great gym with a hometown feel and atmosphere. The staff is excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly! This is place where everyone will know you after one visit. Well rounded programs with something for every experience level!

This is a great place for everyone from those who just want to lose a little weight to those who really want to learn to lift weights properly. They have the staff to teach you how. Very convenient to reach too. BL

Wow, wasn't expecting such a nice place. The place looks great, the staff is friendly, they have all the equipment you need for muscle training as well as cardio. Glad I joined!

No frills! Heavy weights! Awesome staff who are all personal trainers! This is a true muscle gym like they have up north! You can grunt all you want! For women, there are also lots of aerobics classes (like Zumba) in a PRIVATE ROOM (NO MEN WATCHING YOU!) and great cardio equipment. Best for all!

Best gym in town if you are looking for a TRUE muscle, body building gym! You are allowed to grunt and they have HEAVY weights!
