I have 2 water softeners so I have used Pure Touch often over the last 10 years. They have never let me down. They arrive promptly, fix the problem and my water softener runs perfectly. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Luis Castillo installed my water softener system and reverse our osmosis system in 2005. He has always provided us with rapid and excellent service. Luis has been servicing my water softening system for about 8+ years and he has always provided very professional and reliable service. At first Luis was our regular service tech but he is now running his own Pure Touch franchise and his great service has not changed at all.

Luis at Pure Touch did a great job for us. We have used them to change our filters on a RO system another company put in. We recently had a leak in the system and Luis spent extra time fixing the leak on top of changing out the filter. They do great work and we highly recommend Pure Touch!

Ever since Luis came to my house during his first visit while installing my water softener outside and my reverse Osmosis system. He was quick and very friendly. I asked for his phone number in case I needed him in the future. The first time I called him was because I had a broken valve and he came over right away and he didn't charge me anything. The second time was to replace my filters and service my reverse Osmosis. His prices was very reasonable and he is always on time and his customer service is awesome . Pure Touch Water Filters have a great staff, they are extremely professional. They go above and beyond to provide great customer service. They aways return your call in a timely manner. They don't have a long wait for their appointments . Once they are done with their installation they always explain how their system work and make sure their customer understand how to operate it.
