Service begins at the door/reception desk. However, not at this establishment. The receptionist is far more amused by her personal calls and greets customers like a savage pit bull, rude to the core. Don't be fooled by their service offerings as they are not true to name, derma be a sion is merely a facial and is charged at the highest rate. But, prior to leaving late did see a dirty messy establishment that no staff seems to mind. If you are looking for nail fungus then this is the location for you, let am sure it resides within the pedicure spas as long did not see any staff disinfect the spas at all YIKE!!!. Be ware and look carefully when you enter and see what like say is true. Over priced and not worth your effort to get any service from this Queen's Nail salon.
