There was an employee named Giovanni Gonzalez Rivera in the ross store of Plaza del Sol in kissimmee Fl. He gave the worst customer service just because he was doing inventory? He was rude to me when i asked for a book bag... He even cursed me in spanish guess he was hispanic as myself. I hope this review gets to that store cause they should do something about it... They should pick better employees than him.

The Ross store in the Osceola Mall has two of the WORST security guys ever!!!!!!!!!!! There is a short chunky guy and a tall bald guy with glasses that whenever im shopping theyre constantly checking out girls bodies!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sister was in there the other night and the bald guy had his head tilted focused on a young girls backside and when she said excuse me he just huffed at her. I know of 5 security guards there and they are the two WORST SECURITY GUARDS EVER!!!!!!!!!! They do not do there jobs at all and I think they should be fired or written up!!!!!!!!!!! Its DISGUSTING and the manager of the store should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!! Thankyou!!!!!!!!

I am from st. louis, and I just moved to florida 2 months ago. So far Ive hated everything about florida from the traffic to the rude people. People don't care what happens to you here. I needed to go buy some stuff for my son for school and everywhere in florida is expensive. I came across Ross and was not aware of this store as there are none in MO. The store was amazing, very clean and organized. The manager and security greeted me at the door and held the door open for me so that my son could get in the door. I asked if they had kids apparel, the Manager Andy helped point me in the right direction and pointed out the closest employees to the area if you had and questions. The deals are amazing, $40.00 kids outfits for $8.99. I ended up buying over $300.00 for my son and myself. The security guard said if I wanted to pull my car up he would stay with the bags and help me to my car. Everyone was very helpful and happy in this store.

As I said earlier, I've only met rude people in florida, and this store must deal with the worst people. A women entered the line right infront of me and was not in line more then 10 seconds, she started yelling at the cashiers if they had anyone else to ring registers as she was inline for 10 mins already. There were 3 cashiers, and all were helping other customers. I was in line for less then a min so that women was out of her mind. She even started complaing that she was calling corperate because of the wait. As I was leaving, a man came rusing in almost hitting my son and cut the line trying to make a return. The cashier said he had to wait after another customer and he started cursing at the cashier. I felt so bad that these people deal with these type of customers. I hope someone from corperate knows what these people have to deal with and don't lisen to the lies and complaints of these rude customers.

I still hate florida, but I found one great thing about it, Ross at the Osceola Square Mall is the best store. Thank You

It is hard to imagine worse customer relations than those found at Ross - the words "thank you" don't exist -they act as if they're doing you a favor by taking your hard-earned money. It must be the conditions customers must endure to really low prices, but that's wearing thin in this economy! You'd think they'd be glad of the business, but they leave customers with the feeling that you're bothering them by coming into the store & handing over your money. We've had enough with these surly attitudes - we'd rather go somewhere else, pay a bit more, to at least be treated with an acceptable degree of civility. The people at Ross need training in how to interact with customers on a reasonably pleasant basis [from management down to the floor clerks.] Customers are obviously the lowest priority at Ross - they'd rather be left alone - so they're getting their wish where we're concerned. We've spent a lot of money at Ross over the years, but there is a limit to how much snotty arrogance one can put up with from store employees. They don't like their customers, so it won't be a loss for them. THANK YOU [if you're a Ross employee, you obviously won't know what those words mean, so you'll have to look them up]
