This small shop purports lots of IT related services, from Business IT support, to Web Design, to Computer Repair, and even hardware sales.

Of course, their own site has a 404 page when you click on the "web design" link:

And their incompetent staff (James Tran) will tell you that there's nothing wrong with your PC, even when you show them the error.

My issue was specific. I explained that I had reinstalled windows numerous times and that I kept getting Blue Screen errors, so the issue was definitely hardware related. I asked them to test the hardware.

It took 3 days to do 3 hours of work on my PC (I would normally be ok with this, even though it's abnormally slow) and in the end told me it was probably a software issue because (get this) their software didn't detect any Blue Screens....I'm pretty sure they don't even know what a Blue Screen is:

That's not even to mention the fact that when asked to test the hardware, they assumed software would do everything, and didn't even attempt to remove anything (like the ram or hard drive) to properly test it.

It gets worse, when we asked why they didn't run hardware tests to begin with, they offered to, suggesting that we probably couldn't afford to pay for the work, which would amount to 3 full days (24 hours...at this rate my pc would be in the shop for another month). We could pay, but that's not the point is it?

So we offered to take it back (so that we could bring it to a competent shop). In order to ensure that this mistake doesn't happen again, we asked: What software did you use to test it? His answer? He can't tell us that. It's a trade secret, and he doesn't even know what it is to begin with.

That's right, he doesn't know what software he used to test it. He's so incompetent, I wouldn't be surprised if I just paid him to set my computer up in the back for a few days, helping with his shop's advertisement (it's a glitzy gaming rig).

He's a scam artist. He's incompetent. He doesn't understand Florida law and is surely breaking the law regularly as he runs his business.

DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP!
