This is a wonderful place to live. My retired parents have had a place here for twenty years and speak very highly of the place. There is no traffic noise, neighbors are friendly and keep an eye out for each other, everything they could possibly want is close by, and we all love to come visit and enjoy all the attractions near by...

They love the weather because it's so sunny they don't experience Seasonal Affective Disorder there.

The Association takes care of all the outside, so they don't have any of that work to worry about.
