My husband and I started coming to this motel over 30 years ago, we came every September. We were looking for a quiet place, one with atmosphere and people who were nice. We wanted a nice place to sleep that was close to fun things. What you should know? Don't expect a castle with waiters and fancy fixings, It's a place you want to return to. My husband passed away 6 years ago but I still keep coming each year with my daughter. I'm 81 years young and love the pool.

This place is disgusting & a lot of the rooms have Bed bugs , Roaches & fleas , the beds are old & full of stains & very uncomfortable , The TVS are old and out dated & The maid service is horrible because when you ask for something They might get it for you but 2 times i needed something they told me to go get it myself because they were to busy.And It says heated pool that was not the case because the water was cold & when we i asked the maintenance man about it & he said the hotel owner tries to save money so most of the time he keeps the pool heater off. And I overheard one of the other guest talking about the Hotel owner & i was shocked on what i heard so i looked him up online lets just say i was shocked on what i read , you can look it up and judge for your self just type in his name Jeyaselvan Kanagasabapathy . I will never stay here again so Beware .

I have stayed here a few times but never again hotel is a nasty place to stay a lot of the rooms are disgusting with Bed bugs & Roaches & over priced for what you get & before you stay there look up the Hotel owner Jeyaselvan Kanagasabapathy online better to know who you are renting from before you rent there.Stay at you own risk ..

The place is overrun by bedbugs and the management blamed the problem on us, said we planted the bedbugs in the room and would not even give us a portion of our money back. I'll never stay here again.

I had a nice stay here for the past few days, the location is good because there are dozens of restaurants like Olive Garden and Arby's which are side to side. Also, some place called Old Town, or something like that, was pretty interesting to visit although traffic from 192 is pretty annoying, all of the hotels can't really escape from it. Internet was decent, but so many people get on it and it can sometimes overload and they have to reset it. Try to get on it before sun falls, since people usually get back from touring around the city; it's usable, but the fact that so many people get on it with only 3 routers can be a problem. Just who is this "roger" guy anyway? because it sounds like these people are giving trouble to this establishment for no reason. I talked to one of the workers at Sun inn the day after I saw this review, and she said Roger left a long time ago for his own personal reasons, but it seems like these people have a grudge and are trying to ruin this hotel's reputation. I bet these are the same people who trashed Golden Link about the false employee stabbing last year on March, which forced me to check out early. Please grow up and use this site for informative uses, not personal drama about an employee who left or got fired for a reason. Anyway, I had no problems at this hotel, but like I said, the highway traffic can be a bit of hassle because of the tourists. And Internet CAN be a pain but use it before night time.

Bill and Linda from Canada ,we have stayed here for 5 years and find it very clean ,friendly and if you want any thing you just have to ask and jay the owner will get it for you asp. we stay 6weeks and i would not stay else where

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. IT IS INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND ROACHES. DO NOT STAY HERE, IM TELLING YOU FOR YOUR OWN GOOD. I WITNESSED THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ACTUALLY TAKE OUT A MATTRESS AND CHAIRS AND PUT IT ON THE TABLE THAT IS USED TO SIT AND EAT AT BY THE BBQ AND FUMIGATE THE MATTRESS AND CHAIRS RIGHT THERE ON THE TABLE OUTSIDE WITH PEOPLE IN THE POOL RIGHT NEXT TO IT. THEN THEY WET THE MATTRESS WITH A HOSE!!! THE BED IS NOW BEING WET BY THE RAIN. THEY LEFT IT OUT. THE ROOMS STINK AND ARE BEYOND DIRTY!! PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH DONT COME HERE..

This place is infested with bed bugs!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE I'M TELLING YOU FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! The owner is a horrible man. Doesn't care about anything but money. Rooms are dirty as heck. He tells housekeeping to just change the under sheets vacuum quick. I know cause an employee told me..DON'T STAY HERE!!!!

I would like to direct my comments to rogers daughter chawnie...why don't you, instead of complaining/blamingother people, take care of your father and not have other people like "J" give him a job and a place to stay to keep him off the streets

Ich bin schon ein paar Mal in diesem Motel gewesen und hatte wenig Probleme bis jetzt. Guenstig, akzeptabel und vor allem schnelles Internet. Leider wurde es die letzten Jahre immer schlechter und obwohl gross angeschrieben steht, das umgebaut wurde ist die Ausstattung grauenhaft und dreckig. Internet ist mittlerweile auch langsam.NIE WIEDER !!!!

I met Jay & Roger. Both of them are very nice. Jay is thw owner and Roger was the maintenance person. Roger came from a good family. I don't think he never steel as expalined by his daughter.Jay is very professional. For the price $ 25.00 per night, I will go back and stay again at Sun inn Suites.

my father roger penley is a good man a hard worker.he does have a crack addiction and the owner jay has enabled his to cont. with this for many years!!!!! i have recently tried to get in touch with my father and they told me nothing! soooo if your going to stay in fl please dont stay at this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jay go back 2 where ever you came from make money off your own peoples problems !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get rid of the CRACK head maimtenance man Rodger...The guy with brown hair, red baseball cap and no teeth...HE STEALS FROM ALL ROOMS..Jay will not fire him...He STOLE OUR CASH AND X BOX.......He still there after numerous other compalaints

my wife and I,Joan/Larry have been staying at the sun Inn and Suites every year for three months for 5 years now and have only great things to say about the rooms and staff including owner "J" and his family..This place caters to Canadians like no other..like us, you will not be disappointed in all areas of this motel..
