WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!!!!!! I made the horrendous mistake of mailing my wedding invitations from this location, and ALL OF THEM were delivered broken with the envelopes ripped open. Which is awful considering I paid extra to have them hand delivered. And the women who work there are rude, and the one teller couldn't even tell me how much postage was. I mean, come on.

I think, the teller name is Shelly.

she is really terrible.

Do not go to this location, the location on Palm Parkway is so much more friendly. I went to 601 Market Pl, I needed a piece to tape since my box got opened and the clerk at the counter said this is not a packing service like ups. I asked again if he had an extra piece to tape the top and he said no. After waiting on the line 10 minutes, I decided to go to the location at Palm Parkway and the clerk was more than happy to tape the top and so much more friendly.

That elderly gentlemen need to learn more customer service skills as there are many more people who will be more than happy to do his job.
