Provided by YP.comI called first and was told it was not necessary to reserve an appointment. I signed in at 10 a.m. and saw there were two people ahead of me (one of those people had left). Then noted that two additional people had reserved appointments so they "bumped" me out of position. Two appointments took almost an hour. I checked out after 1 p.m.
I'd recommend you reserve an appointment to avoid the long wait!
