Beautiful grounds, nice facilities, well kept. Some of the recreation stuff is a bit worn (ping pong tables, gym equipment). Staff polite but not terribly friendly.



Pool area is great. Water got a bit cloudy the week we were there and never changed. Smokers at poolside (yuck!) and on balconies (yuck!) so not nice to sit on balconey or around the pool.



Lawn maintenance guys woke us up at 7:00 AM with loud equipment. lasted an hour - ugh!



Our condo was dirty and worn out; soiled linens, hairballs, clogged sinks, flies (eww!) coming out of sink from garberator. Think this is more on the owner and property manager, both were useless...



Would go again, but would rent directly from owner. would also get a house with a pool, not a condo.
