THIS COMPANY IS LATE PICKING UP PEOPLE MY WIFE HAS BEEN WAITING OVER 1 HR FOR PICKUP FROM A MEDICAL APPOINTMENT

yellow cab never shows up rude and they take a long time to get to places...

On 9/26/2013 @ 5 30 am I called Yellow Cab to bring me back to my motel when stated where it was located he said, it's only 2 blocks up from where was at and said he would have a cab available in 10 minutes to get me. An 10 minutes passed no cab I recalled them at 6 00 am yet again he told me, would send someone in 10 minutes and yet again nobody showed up to get me. At 6 45 am I decided to call another cab company cause, I felt they didn't want my business if that's the case should of told me from the start. I finally gotten picked up by another cab company at 7 00 am and due to that my frozen foods was leaking due to the long wait that I shouldn't of had in the first place.

Never ever call this company in my life. I loose my job for their late service.Be careful when you call this co.your life is in their hand. I heard the driver are drugist ,alcoholic.so you know what to do

I called a Taxi cab in Kissimmee. The cab showed up right on time(!) and the driver was really nice. He even asked me what route I wanted to take, and took the one that I said.I paid with a credit card with no trouble. I would definitely use this Taxi transportation again!

This company uses junk for cabs. Seats ripped up, bald tires, some have no air conditioning or heat. Rude dispatch. Very unprofessional.

i called yellow cab and they had me wating for 3 hours, and everytime i called they where always telling me they where 10 minutes away. but they dint show up, so i called another cab company and they where @ my door in 20 minutes .. p.s i belive that the people who work @ yellow cab dont care about the costumers.... but that was my expiriance with them..

I called to get a rate...Dispatcher did not ask to put me on hold, She then started giving someone her dinner order. I told her where I was being picked up from and she said it was 10 miles at $2.20 a mile. I asked her how did she get that rate when I didn't tell her where I was going. Very unprofessional service
