Provided by YP.comI am a dog trainer and obedience competitor myself. I use different methods and tools than this club does, and it has caused much rudeness and unnecessary hostility on their part to me. July 30th, I attended their demo at Ellis Park. One of their dogs in the ring jumped out and attacked a dog and injured the dog's owner. Not one person from the club came to see how that woman was doing. When we told them what happened, they could have cared less. They just went on with the show, and then announced these things happen with working dogs. Turns out the dog they put in the ring is known to not like other dogs, and they allowed this dangerous dog to be off leash in a ring. This reflects badly on all dog trainers and dog owners, and I am disgusted with them. In addition, to this day they have not issued a position, statement, or heart felt apology!
