Responsive to new patient, 15 year old, companion. Compassionate. Excellent follow through with attention to details. Oh, and the 6 year old border collie mix loves them too.

This was 3 years ago. I had an Airedale Terrier. I went to California for a week. I got a call that my dog was ill with an ear infection and I gave permission to treat. When I got back they handed my dog to my on a cart. She was so dizzy (vertigo) she could not stand on her own. Her paws were skinned from all the attempts at standing up. She had been struggling for 2 days. No other phone calls. They gave my sweet dog back to me unable to stand or walk. I had to carry her up the stairs and take care of her for 3 more days before she could safely navigate. I had to cleand her paws for several says until they healed. Shame on them for not treating her vertigo with some sedation so she struggle to stand.



I am wagering she had no care at night so she spent all night by herself struggling. I am writing this now as I have a new Airedale and was looking for boarding. It won't be in a place where she got an infection and they left her to fend for herself for 3 days.
