Incredible people who went out of their way to help me. I couldn't find the sealant I needed anywhere in town, they not only had the sealant but were knowledgeable and attentive

Went into the store to order 5 windows. 3 picture and 2 with sliders and screens. The 2 ladies working the counter were fast, polite, hardly any waiting (one had to answer the phone & the other was with a customer). They were absolutely awesome! Will refer anyone who needs new windows! The cost to have the windows made is way cheaper than going to a do it yourself store and you can get whatever size you need. No remodeling to put in the "standard sizes". Thanks Basin Glass!

They measured and installed the exact idea I had for my custom heavy glass shower doors, and it looks gorgeous. They have an awesome showroom that give you confidence in the quality of their workmanship, whether it's their storefront or custom displays

I would not recommend this store to anyone, unless you had a lot of time to kill and did not mind being ignored.

When we first came in, a very talkative female was chatting away with a customer, mostly just talk about herself. We waited a good 7 minutes until that customer left and believed we would be next.

To our disbelief, this young woman turned away from us to answer a phone call and proceeded to chat away with the person on the telephone! She said that this phone call had been waiting and they were next and she would get to us.....

Well I never thought I would see this but there we were....so I expounded on her that her priorities were kind of mixed up here.

Any good business person knows that you do not keep a live customer waiting while you answer someones questions on the phone. She should have told the phone person they should call back or wait on Hold while she dealt with the actual customer standing in front of her. You ALWAYS deal with the live customer first......telephone inquiries should wait on hold or call back.

The moral of this story??? A bird in hand is worth two in the bush.....

We left angrily and went to another Glass company where we were waited on almost immediately and tended to and treated very well...almost like they were glad to have us as customers.

So, I would not recommend this Basin Glass outfit to anyone...even if they straightened out the priorities of their rude emplolyees.

I would tell everyone to go to Cook's Glass instead.....................which we will from now on.
