I rented from First Choice Property Mgmt 1415 Esplanade Ave Klamath Falls, OR. I ended up owing them money in which they filed suit and won which was appropriate as I did owe them money. When I paid the debt back however, it was like pulling teeth to get them to honor their legal obligation to report to the court that the debt had been satisfied. I called week after week for a month and still no satisfaction has been filed despite the person on the phone saying, "We'll take care of it today" each time I called. They demonstrate a total lack of professionalism and a total lack of commitment to follow up on their legal obligation.

I transferred with my job to Klamath Falls and first choice was recommended to me by a friend they were very nice and professional they helped me take care of everything via email and over the phone and once I got there and signed my lease everything was taken care of , everything was just like in the pictures on the house very honest and trustworthy people highly highly recommend them if you're looking for a place to rent
