Let my start by saying that I am a very socially awkward person so I get nervous easily and when I do, I panic.
I went in to trade about ten games, which I was surprised to get $45 out of it, considering everybody always says that they only get between $5-$10 for their games. But the man who helped me was very kind, patient, and reassuring, despite my constant apologizing, speaking quietly, stumbling over my words, and having to go back to my car and get my phone. I was very appreciative of his patience.
I told him I would give him a good review, but I lost the receipt, which I looked around for it for days and couldn't find it. I have felt horrible ever since, but I guess this is the best I can do. And although I know he'll never see this, I am so, so sorry that I lost the receipt!
