I took my computer to Klamath Complete computer services because it would start and run for about 15 min and then freeze up. Scott Tyner the owner asked if I could wait for him to take a quick look at it. I said I could. He pulled the side cover off and looked at it and said that the cooling fins and fans were clogged up with dust and dirt. He blew all the dust and dirt out of it and instructed me to clean it out with compressed air at least every three months. He places the cover on the side of the computer and hooked it up to a monitor, Keyboard and mouse turned it on and ran some tests on it. The whole thing took about thirty min. my computer has run perfect ever since. He did not even charge me anything. he said the diagnostic was free. he spent time showing me how to clean the computer and some other things. That is customer service. I will recommend Them to all my friends!!
