The therapist is great, but Dr. Cook is very unprofessional. He prescribes meds for 30 days at a time that I've been on for several years. Each appointment allows them to bill the insurance company, so I'm sure that this is more the reason than him wanting to check on me. But my biggest complaint is him denying my prescription because I missed an office visit. So now I'm

2 weeks out of meds and have to wait 1 more until he's back in town. I doubt I'll continue to see him. I'm also filing complaints with AMA, APA, or any places he's affiliated with.
