I chose to become a nurse practitioner as it allowed me the opportunity to increase my knowledge and health care approach to patients needing healthcare. I've always enjoyed caring for others and developing relationships with families and educating them on how to improve their health. My approach to patient care is to provide holistic, patient-centered medical care for every patient with whom I come in contact. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, word search puzzles and movies.
