Wellington Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a place to get better, a place for living. We are an 80-bed skilled nursing center with 26 of these beds as private rooms. Opened in 1985, Wellington also offers features such as an outdoor recreation area, garden and patio, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, a worship area and transportation services. Residents and often times family too, can enjoy planned activities such as excursions, various arts and crafts, gardening, group movies, discussion groups, and visiting performers.
