In my opinion, I would NOT hire this lawyer. 4.5 yrs ago I hired him to do a expungement so he charged 500$ for the case and 185$ for filing. In all this time has made a few calls. I got tired of the excuses and told him to stop I went and hired a GOOD attorney in Valparaiso Mr. Charles Nightingale and imagine that 2 MONTHS done and over with.
When I asked for my money back that's right he said no he would send the filing fee back since in 4.5 yrs he didn't even file the case and sent 183$ I guess he charged for the stamp and his check he had to use. So in my opinion DO NOT HIRE this low rate lawyer. You get what you pay for and I paid to get fucked and didn't even like it.

I could get into so much that is wrong with this man. I'll just say briefly that he'll want you to lie to the judge, HE lies to the judge. You pay him and nothing gets resolved. (even after a year in my adoption case) He then takes your money and falls off the face of the earth if you try to contact him.
I WILL NOT lie under oath for any reason, yet that is his go to solution for all cases.

Extremely unprofessional and useless as a lawyer.

I hired this man to do adoption paperwork for my wife's 2 youngest children. This has taken over 1 year and no progress has been made so far. The lat 2 times we had court hearings he had nothing prepared that he should have done 4 months before hand. This last hearing he tried blaming the delay on US even though we had never been notified of any such requirements from him or the clerks office. To top it all off he want's me to pay for background checks for myself which were never mentioned by him until the judge called him out for not having it done already. He has repeatedly lied under oath to the judge hearing our case and wanted, and is still suggesting the best course of action in our defense is to also lie to the judge, which would counteract our truthful statements in the past.

This man is a crook and should be disbarred. Disgusting human being if I have ever met one
