Great experience with Pleasant Valley Plumbing. They responded on time, were very polite and professional. We had a couple of leaks that were fixed in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Had a clogged kitchen sink. Called Pleasant Valley Plumbing around 9am and scheduled a service call. Their team of John and Robert arrived around noon. Very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and focus on fixing the problem quickly. Very happy! They also installed a new faucet that I provided. Total visit cost was very affordable, and my peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend!

Pleasant Valley Plumbing came to our home on 5/29/2018 to assess the installation of a hot water heater. We purchased a new hot water heater from Lowe's,same size and dimension as the old one. Pleasant Valley Plumbing wanted to inspect the install area in advance. John, from Pleasant Valley Plumbing, arrived at 9:15am. He took measurements, checked the wiring, told my husband and I, that installing the new unit with new flexible braided hoses would be fine. He gave no indication that there would be any problems. I called Pleasant Valley Plumbing, spoke with Laura, arranged for the unit to be installed on 6/1/2018 between 11am - 1pm. Again, there was no indication that there was a problem. I gave Lowe's the installation appointment time. Lowe's said everything would be waiting for Pleasant Valley Plumbing to pick up at the store. At 12:30pm on 6/1/2018, I called Pleasant Valley Plumbing to inquire about when to expect their technicians? To my surprise, I was told that they would not be coming to install the unit. The woman that answered the phone said that Lowe's had pulled the job from them, then she states that Pleasant Valley Plumbing had a problem with using new flexible braided hoses but she didn't really know, then she states that Lowe's was suppose to call me to let me know the installation would not happen. She claimed she checked with Lowe's twice to make sure. I called Lowe's to verify her statements. Lowe's had no idea the installation was cancelled.
Bottom-line: Pleasant Valley Plumbing said there were no problems installing the new hot water heater. An appointment was made directly with Pleasant Valley Plumbing and we strongly feel that they should have been the ones to call us to cancel the appointment. We did not use Lowe's as a middleman to schedule either appointment and Pleasant Valley Plumbing certainly had no trouble calling us to ask if they could come earlier than the 10am originally scheduled appointment time on 5/29/2018.

Pleasant Valley Plumbing took plumbing to a whole new level. I was very impressed with the efficiency, talent, and speed. Mr. Sexton, Jr, and his assistant in training were quite effective, March 2nd 2017 I had my hot water heater replaced, and the team brought it up to code with an overflow and ball leaver handle both required in Frederick Co. I also had my garbage disposal replaced as well as a sink drain assembly. I was totally pleased and will only use this company for future plumbing needs.

They were on time, they were professional and genuinely nice. They worked fast and knew what they were talking about. I'd use them again!

In October we purchased an investment property. During the home inspection it was discovered that the bathroom had a leak. We purchased a new tub and surround and had Pleasant Valley Plumbing come out to install the tub, tub surround and fix the leak. They were prompt in coming out to give us an estimate and with in a few days had the job complete. They were extremely patient and professional when it was determined that the store we had purchased the tub from had given us the wrong item. Pleasant Valley Plumbing also installed the plumbing in our new home when we built it back in 2007 and we will continue to use them for any future projects that we may have. They are reasonable priced, prompt, and extremely professional. We are very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

We have used PVP for decades. They do the job right, respect your home and family, are reasonably priced, and they stand behind their work. They also ably service our Church.

I called with a leaky main water shut off valve, and they arrived within an hour. Were able to fix it without closing the curb shut off, which saved a lot of time. Gave some great suggestions on installing a secondary ball valve, and had me up and running again quickly. Would highly recommend.

Pleasant Valley Plumbing came to our rescue when another company left us without a kitchen. I talked to John on a Wednesday, his guys came out on Thursday just to take a look but ended up staying late to put in most of the appliances. Then came back on Monday to finish the job. Everyone was polite, helpful, prompt, and professional. They took extra pains not to scratch my new hardwood floors, to clean up after themselves, and be nice to my pets and kids. If I am in need of a plumber in the future this is the only company I will call.

Professional company remodeled our complete master bathroom. Also does our filter water system every year.

One of the worst companies you could deal with. BEWARE! NOT HONEST, not customer friendly.



Pleasant Valley Plumbing - Call it UNPLEASANT Valley Plumbing



Contacted them as water heater broke and i was sitting at home wiht a newborn and 2 year old child. They said a part was broken and had to be ordered - it would take 3-4 days. This was last Wednesday, today is Tuesday, when they showed up with that part!



I asked them several times to have that item shipped overnight and I would pay for any charges. But I was told these parts (NOTICE: it's a small cable!!! that fits into a regular mail envelop) would not be shipped by Fedex or UPS but sent by U-Haul and they could not do anything to speed up things. The owner I talked to did not care at all, I asked him to just follow up with the distributer, but I was told he can't, there's nothing he could do, there is no tracking nr.



We waited now a week, till it turned out the item WAS SHIPPED BY FEDEX. Furthermore and even worse, this was not the problem and Pleasant Valley Plumbing COULD NOT FIX the heater. They said I would need to work with another company. When I called the co- owner to tell her that I was suprised the part was sent in by Fedex actually and why they had not speeden up things, I was told: "there is nothing I can do now, what do you want me to do about it?" and she hang up the phone on me. What a great company! Very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!
