I lived here for three years and it has detoriated from a plesent place to call home to a small ghetto. I have witnissed the police being called several times to several tennats in which you can clearly hear the talk in almost graphic details

through the paper thin walls from weapons charges to domestic violence. Now in the lovely gardens where nice flowers and bushes once stood u can see a drug dealer once a night. I have felt the down hill shift for a few years but i finally broke when my son found a used syringe in the playground.

I have lived at Adair Manor for two years and have had a wonderful experience. the office staff is top notch and professional and the maintenance crew is exceptional. Now everything isn't fixed the next day, but it is always done in a reasonable amount of time. Parking is good, I haven't had a problem. But if anyone knows a place where they have valet parking at an apartment complex, please let me know. The apartment manager, Crystal is very accomodating and professional, I wish there were more like her.
