I just rescued a cavalier and was in need of grooming! I called and she got us in and did a beautiful job! ���� Very friendly and was patient with my senior arthritic rescue.

Made an appointment 2 days ago. Owner told us to bring him in between 8-10 which I thought odd. Brought him in at 8:30. "I'll call you when he's ready." I called 1:30. Voicemail.

Called again 2:00. Voicemail.

Got into car & went to the place. "I just got a chance to review my recordings & was going to call you back" I saw my dog in a crate. HAD NOT been touched! I asked why she didn't call us. Her response was, "I never promised Jiffy groom. I had 10 dogs today and my bathing person didn't come in. I had to get a temp bather" "I can see you are not going to be happy. Why don't you take him." I said,"you haven't even touched him!" She again ran her mouth off about having 10 dogs today.

She scheduled herself! She should not schedule so many. We were trying her for the first time today since our regular groomer "took a hike". Literally!

I gave this person low scores because I have no clue about her "expertise". Her "service" is a ZERO!
